I Need Help With My Anxiety

Who You Are

You’re a woman who has always been a go getter - with your relationships, jobs, and education but now you’re starting to feel like one half of you would pretend to be normal, while the other half would be trying to keep it together.

You notice you’re becoming more irritable, restless, and have a general feeling of being “on edge.” You’re placing even more stress on yourself to get things done because you think everyone knows you as the one to just “get it done.” You plan your day out minute by minute because you’re scared that you’re going to miss something, and if your health has to be compromised then so be it.

You have frequent headaches, excessive fatigue, and gastrointestinal issues that are starting to become hard to ignore. You have had mild to severe panic attacks that includes dizziness, sweating, difficulty breathing, and rapid heartbeat.

Whether you’re in your 20s, or your 40s, one thing’s for sure: You’re ready to feel into the anxiety and learn to accept the uncomfortableness. Then move on to a happier and more anxiety free life.

What Your Issues Tend to Be

Your anxiety is affecting how you breath, how you think, how you eat, how I sleep, and how you talk. You’re worrying that you’re losing control and that you’re trapped in your own body. Every moment feels exhausting, crushing, and painful, no matter how big or small.

You’ve been told by other people that you’re too “serious” and feel tired and afraid, all the time. You have trouble saying “no” to people and it feels really difficult, but you’re ready to learn how you can put this into practice.

To make matters worse, your doctor has prescribed you numerous medications and you’ve tried a multitude of natural remedies you found on the internet, but nothing has seemed to work.

You’re overwhelmed and frustrated in your current situation and unsure about what to do next. You want so badly to return to a normal, lively, care-free, confident woman you’ve always been.
